Peace to all who enter here and Welcome! On behalf of our Faith Community here at St. Casimir, it is a privilege and honor to welcome you. Please feel free to browse our site and, when you get a chance, come visit us in person and join us as we gather in our beautiful church to celebrate the gift of our faith, hope and love as members of God’s family. ASH WEDNESDAY. . . The start of Lent begins on Ash Wednesday, February 10th. Mass will be celebrated at 8:00 AM & 7:00 PM in the Church. There will also be a Liturgy of the Word at 12 Noon. Ashes will be distributed at the end of all services.
EUCHARISTIC ADORATION . . . On Monday, February 29, Eucharistic Adoration will begin at 4:00 PM in the Church. A Soup and Salad Dinner will be served from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the Kolbe Center. Everyone is invited to join us. At 7:00 PM, a Penance Service will take place in the Church followed with individual confessions. A Sung Lenten Night Prayer & Benediction will be at 8:00 PM in the Church.
STATIONS OF THE CROSS. . . Each Friday during Lent, beginning on February 12, Stations of the Cross will be prayed at 7:00 PM in the Church. Join the School Children on Wednesday, March 16 at 6:00 PM for the Living Stations of the Cross to be held in the Church.
LENTEN FOOD SALE . . . The Lenten Food Sale is being held again this year by St. Casimir Home & School Association. To place an order or for more information, please contact the school at 410-342-2681 or Terri Halloran 617-458-9287 from 9 to 2.
LENTEN SPIRITUALITY . . . What are you giving up for Lent? Indulge yourself to your heart's content by reviewing the Lenten Scripture readings presented at Mass each Sunday of Lent. We gather upstairs in the Cupertino Center every Wednesday after the 8:00 AM Mass. Bring a friend; refreshments will be served.
LENTEN SCRIPTURE SERIES . . . St. Casimir's year-long introduction to Sacred Scripture will continue on the Wednesdays of Lent and will focus on the books of Psalms and the Gospel of John. Sessions will be held in the Cupertino Center on Wednesdays from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM during Lent beginning on February 17th thru March 16.
PARISH OFFICE HOURS . . . Office Hours will be extended on Thursday evenings only until 8:00 PM to help accommodate parishioners who work during the day and need to conduct parish business. The parish office will be opened until noon on Fridays. Please note the office will be closed for President's Day, February 15th.
